Shipping policy

Shipping within the US can take up to approximately 2-7 business days (M-F). Due to COVID19 it can take a little longer. For shipping on orders out of the US can take up to 6-10 business day. Shipping fees as well as taxes will be added at the end of your checkout.​ Tracking numbers will be sent to the email address provided by you (customer) with purchase. Processing on orders can take approximately 2-5 business days (M-F) . Processing a custom order can take up to 5-10 business days. PLEASE KEEP IN MIND SERENITY BLEU DOES NOT WORK ON THE WEEKENDS (SAT & SUN).

​Serenity Bleu is not responsible for ANY lost items. If you check your tracking number and the package says delivered, but you have not received it. Please IMMEDIATELY contact your postal service.

IF YOUR PACKAGE IS RETURNED DUE TO HAVING A INCORRECT MAILING ADDRESS. YOU (CUSTOMER) WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SHIPPING FEE INORDER TO HAVE YOUR PACKAGE REDELIVERIED.
