RETURN/REFUNDS/EXCHANGES/STORE CREDIT

Cosmetic/Body Care/Hair Care Product Returns: Because of the nature of our products. All sales are final! We do not offer refunds/exchanges/store credit, nor do we allow cancellations. Please keep in mind that colors may appear different on individuals depending on skin tone and lip pigmentation. Items will not be replaced or exchanged for this reason. Serenitybleu.com reserves the right to refuse any returns at any time.

Clothing Returns/ExchangesSERENITY BLEU DOES NOT OFFER EXCHANGES OR STORE CREDIT AT THIS TIME. NO EXCEPTIONS! If you receive a clothing item and want to return it you have 7 days up on arrival to contact us and return your item. The return of your item/items will be at the customer's expense. Due to Covid19 and personal body health. The item/items need to be in its original packaging, unopened, unworn, unwashed, and in its natural/original state when it arrived to your place of delivery. You will also need to contact Serenity Bleu via email @ myserenitybleu.serenitybleu.com (NO SOCIAL MEDIA MESSAGES!) within 7 days of you receiving your item. Make sure you indicate that you are returning your item back to usUpon return of your item make sure you get a tracking number for your record. Serenity Bleu will in no way be responsible for any lost items upon its return back to us. Once we receive your item, please allow up to 7-10 business days for us to inspect and approve your item/items for your refund. If your item/items is approved for a refund. Your refund minus shipping (Shipping charges are NON-REFUNDABLE) will go back to the form of payment provided by you when you checked out. PLEASE KEEP IN MIND. IF YOU KNOW YOUR ITEM WILL NOT BE REFUNDED DUE TO ONE OF OUR POLICIES ABOVE, PLEASE KEEP YOUR ITEM. IF YOUR ITEM IS NOT APPROVED YOU (CUSTOMER) WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SHIPPING COST TO HAVE YOUR ITEM RETURNED TO YOU.

Custom Made Orders Return Policy:

Serenity Bleu will not refund/replace a custom order due to the customer's mistake. If we are (Serenity Bleu) responsible for any mistakes on the customer custom order, we will promptly refund the customer or correct the item and ship the item out at our expensive.
