HOW LONG IS YOUR PROCESSING TIME?

Non custom order can take 2 to 5 business days to process (no weekends). Custom orders can take 2 to 10 business days to process (no weekends). Thank you in advance for your patients.

WHEN DO YOU TAKE YOUR ORDERS TO THE POST OFFICE?

We only drop off orders at the post office on the week day's Monday thru Friday.

DO YOU DO REFUNDS?

At this time due to the nature of our item's we do not offer refunds. After you purchase it becomes a final sale. PLEASE READ OUR REFUND AND RETURN POLICY LISTED ON OUR HOME PAGE.

WHAT IF I RECIEVE THE WRONG ITEM?

Please contact us immediately via email at myserenitybleu@serenitybleu.com with pictures of the wrong item within 5 business days of you receiving you item/items. After 5 days we will not offer you an exchange.

WHAT IF MY ORDER IS LOST OR DAMAGED?

If your item is lost during transit you will need to check with your USPS delivery service, and provide them with the tracking number we provided to you. Once we drop your package off the be delivered we are no longer responsible for the item. We package our items with love and care here at Serenity Bleu, but we also know things can happen. If you receive your order and its damaged please immediately contact us via email at myserenitybleu@serenitybleu.com. Please provide your order number. Take pictures of your damaged items/item, and your package (the box it came in). If we are at fault, and your item is in stock we will immediately send your item out to you at no charge to you. If your item is out of stock we will issue you a full refund. If we find that we are not at fault, and your item was damaged during transit. We will inform you to contact your USPS and they will inform you on what to do next.

WHAT IF I PUT THE WRONG ADDRESS?

Contact us immediately via email at myserenitybleu@serenitybleu.com, so we can change the address before its sent out to be shipped. If your item has shipped there will be no way for us to redirect your package. It will have to be returned back to us, and you the customer will have to pay the reship fee for your item to be reshipped out to you if its returned to us. We will not refund your money back if your item isn't returned back to us. 

I PURCHASED A ITEM IN YOUR CLEARANCE SECTION, WHY IS IT UNAVALIABLE NOW?

All items in our clearance section are limited item and final sales, and most likely those items are not coming back.

WHAT IF I MISSPELL A WORD ON MY BUDGET BINDER?

WE HIGH RECCOMEND YOU TRIPLE CHECK YOUR SPELLING BEFORE DOING A FINAL PURCHASE ON YOUR BUDGET BINDER! Budget binders are final sale items no refund, no exchange, no unpaid remakes.
