All Custom orders are FINAL SALE items! Please follow all instruction listed under your item on our sales page when it comes to a custom order. If you the customer make a mistake you will not be refunded nor will we replace your item. If you want your item to be replaced it will be at the customers expensive. If we at Serenity Bleu make a mistake on a customers custom order. We will immediately correct the item, and ship it out at no charge to the customer or process a refund.
